- Unused Generations: Only generations that have not been used are eligible for a refund. A “used” generation means any generation that has been executed within our AI services (including, without limitation, text generation, image creation, or any other AI-based tool).
- 14-Day Return Period: You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. This period begins on the day you complete the transaction. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

By purchasing and accessing our digital content, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. You also acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed or a generation has been used, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. No refunds will be issued for used generations in such circumstances.
